Return Policy: Company authorization is required prior to any return. We will gladly accept the return of items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of receipt. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns that are not defective or fulfillment mistakes. Shipping costs are paid by the customer on all returns unless the item is defective or a fulfillment mistake. Free shipping on orders over $150 only applies to items that are kept. If an item is returned that was part of free shipping, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility AND the original cost of shipping that item that was paid by us will be deducted from the amount refunded. 

 Refunds or exchanges may be issued on apparel if the item is received back in its original condition (i.e. original tags attached with no signs of wear or smell of fragrances) if returned within 14 days of receipt.

The shipping cost on exchanges is paid by the customer both ways. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet these requirements. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect items to you must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Refunds are only offered on customized items IF there is a flaw/mistake in the customization, otherwise no refunds on customized purchases. Refunds are not offered on clearance and sale items. Refunds are made to the customer’s credit card or through PayPal, depending on how payment was made. No exchanges issued after 14 days from the date of receipt.
