We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds or exchanges may be issued on apparel if the item is received back in its original condition (i.e. original tags attached with no signs of wear) if returned within 10 days of purchase. Refunds are only offered on customized items IF there is a flaw/mistake in the customization, otherwise no refunds on customized purchases. Please acquire company authorization prior to any return. No exchanges issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns that are not defective or fulfillment mistakes. Postage is paid by the customer on all returns unless the item is defective or a fulfillment mistakes. Refunds are not offered on closeouts and sale items. Refunds are made to the customer's credit card or through PayPal depending on how payment was made.
